About My Journal for Gentle Ease, Flow and Abundance (Moon & Sun)

My Journal for Gentle Ease, Flow and Abundance is based on my own desire to stay present and thankful for what has already shown up in my experience. When I live this, it has a deep impact on the experiences I attract. As I make this practice routine, I attract more of what I want in my life. These journals were designed to hold space for you to create your life, your way. May you find peace here, and in your journaling.

Return to Self and Privacy. Managing technology and media.

My brother sent me an interesting article, about the insights of literature professor turned technology analyst and unwitting prophet of how technology would hurt us if we didn't manage it, Dr. Marshall McLuhan. And he's quite on point, based on the findings of the article by The Free Press. Still, I hope this invitation to reclaim your human life reminds you that it's not the end, but simply a wake up call to return to ourselves.

Boundaries. Bullying, Parenting and Society's Discomfort with Victims.

I'm not usually vulnerable about things like this, but if this supports, validates, affirms anyone else who's taking a stand against bullies to teach their little ones to stand up for themselves, by example, I'm happy to have shared. ❤️ Because what I Have noticed is that my daughter and I are being shunned due to this particular bully's gossip, because "we're making it awkward" by taking a stand and cutting them off. Interesting, that the bullying and gossip isn't awkward; just the well-boundaried response 🧐
